What I got for my birthday

This is a long overdue post... but I have an excuse! I was waiting for my sister to give me the second part of my birthday present... and that didnt happen till last week.

The majority of the presents that I received were from my wishlist, which I sent to the bf, who then sent it to everyone else. I'm a strong believer of wishlists because if you provide one, the chances of getting something you actually want and would use is extremely high. Plus, you don't have to pretend that you love what you get.

Anyway, enough rambling... these are the things I received.

1. Nail polishes!
L-R: Tony Moly ND02; Tony Moly GS09; Essie Shine of the Times; Essie A Cut Above
I've been lusting over these polishes for a month or two before my birthday, and I'm so glad I received them for my birthday! All four of these polishes were from the BF. I have also received another nail polish (not pictured) from my sister - Essie Turquoise and Caicos. It's an amazing turquoisey colour that I wore on my toes when I went to Singapore.

2. Makeup
Makeup is ALWAYS on my wishlist! Please excuse the shoddy, blurry pictures.
L-R: Benefit Hervana Blush; Lancome Liner Plume (Noir); Kanebo Kate Art Dial Mascara with integrated dial comb
Both the blush and liner were from my friends, and the Kate mascara was from the BF. Loving the blush and liner. However, I'm finding it hard to use the mascara. To get product out, you have to twist the bottom, and mascara oozes from the centre of the brush. Therefore, when I apply the mascara to my lashes, a whole heap is concentrated in one area - i.e. not an even application. :-s

Dolce & Gabbana rose the one shimmer powder
This shimmer powder was from my sister, and was the second part of my birthday present that I was waiting for. I have not used this yet, but am looking forward to using it. It smells amazing!

Missha Perfect Cover BB Cream (No. 21)
Have used this BB cream, and it's amazing! It gives a mediumish coverage, which I then brush some sheer design mineral powder foundation over the top to set it and give better coverage. It lasts all day! This was given to me by the BF.

3. Michael Kors MK5464 watch
I have been lusting over this watch for quite a few months, but it's a bit over my price range. This was given to me by my friends and the BF. I absolutely LOVE this watch, although it is a bit big - it covers the entire width of my wrist. I love the colour combination of this watch - white and rose gold. They go so well together. The only problem with this watch is that the white bit is actually rubbery. Therefore, it attracts dirt quite easily.

4. Cash!
Can't go wrong with giving someone cash! Mum and dad gave me quite a big sum of cash in Singapore dollars, as I'm going to Singapore with the BF in the 3rd week of September (and then onto Europe!!!). My brother also gave me some cash in AUD, which I have used buying random crap I probably don't need.

I'm so thankful for all the presents I received this year for my birthday, and I can't wait till my next one!

Quick update - I'm back!

I just came back from a family emergency trip to Singapore. I have quite a few blog posts lined up, so stay tuned!

I have also read all your comments for my giveaway. Even though I have not replied to everyone's comments, I just wanted to let you all know that I appreciate your support and taking the time to participate in my giveaway. Good luck to everyone!

EDIT: It looks like I am going away before my giveaway ends, so I may not be able to pick a winner and post the prizes out until I get back in October. =( I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused!

Lust Have It - August 2012

Yay! My LHI box has arrived!! And it has a new look! I was actually quite disappointed that it didn't come in a bag, as I am using all the bags they have sent to store unopened makeup items, and am using it for travelling as well. However, I do like the simple black bow around a plain white box. :)

The contents of my LHI box

I was pleasantly surprised to see so many interesting goodies (details further down below)... as well as a jewellery box! As an annual LHI member, I was sent a pair of pearl earrings worth $80. This is to also celebrate LHI's first birthday (Happy birthday LHI!)!

This is what I received in my LHI box:
1. tanGo Tanning Glove - full size (RRP: $29.95)
From the name on the LHI information card, I thought it was an applicator glove. But this is actually a tan removing glove. It works like an elastic pulling the tan pigments away from the skin. It can also be used to remove makeup with the help of water. An interesting item, but not sure if I will use it because I don't use fake tan and I have in place a solid makeup removing system that I don't intend on changing. If you do use this, let me know how it goes!

2. Tigi Rockaholic - Rock out shine blaster - full size (RRP: $27.95 for 100ml)
Apply this to damp or dry hair to seal in cuticles, speed up drying time and add shine! I have applied a tiny amount to my hair, and I love it! It smells amaaaazing! My hair was shiny/glossy upon application but I think the shiny-ness has died down.

3. ModelCo Eyeliner - Black - full size (RRP: $26.00)
I really like that this eyeliner has a built in sharpener in the cap, as it saves me trying to find one when I'm in a rush. I also like that this is black, and therefore can be used by everyone.

4. Marc Jacobs DOT Fragrance 1.2ml (RRP: $160 for 100ml)
Love this new floral Marc Jacobs Fragrance. It is not released in Australia, so it's nice to get a preview before it hits the shelves! Not sure if I'll purchase though, as I still have a ton of perfume to get through.

5. Appelles Body Booster Skin Lotion 30ml (RRP: $12.95 for 100ml)
The smell of this is amazing! I love love love the fragrance. Not sure how effective this is in regards to stopping the winter itch. Will test it out and report back, as I've got pretty bad winter itches! Been scratching my legs at night, and now I've got scratch marks :(

6. Appelles Skin Detox Shower Gel 30ml (RRP: $12.95 for 100ml)
I'm taking this with me to Singapore for an emergency family trip today (along with the Skin lotion, Tigi Rockaholic, & Marc Jacobs perfume sample). Haven't opened it yet (have to break a stick seal to open) as I don't want it spilling in my luggage. I was running around trying to find a small body shower gel last night, and had to resort to taking a fairly large and heavy johnson's and johnson's baby wash thing (the blue bottle), so I'm glad this has come! I will be swapping this with the Johnson's and Johnson's baby wash!

7. Appelles Body Bar Vegetable Soap - full size (RRP: $4.95)
This soap smells like the generic ones you get at hotels! I quite like it actually. Although, I'm not a big fan of bar soaps, so this may just end up living in one of my clothing drawers to freshen up my clothes.

Overall, I'm impressed with LHI this month! They have really picked up their game with 4 full sized items, with the majority being items that I would actually use. Like Bellabox, there was only one makeup item which is quite disappointing, but not enough to ruin the box for me. I absolutely love everything (except for the tanning glove) and can't wait to try them all out. Happy birthday again LHI, and thank you for the wonderful box!

What did you get in yours? Were you as pleased as I was?

Giveaway #2

Yay! Another giveaway this time it's open internationally! This giveaway is also lip product crazy. I've recently gotten into lip products (as explained in my first giveaway). I used to hate the feeling of stuff on my lips, even though sometimes my bare lips makes my makeup look incomplete. However, the product that totally changed my view on lip products is YSL glossy stains. I think what converted me is the stain property of YSL glossy stains. When the glossy part goes away, my lips are still left beautifully stained (I dislike reapplication of makeup products during the day... I'm quite a lazy person). Unfortunately, I can't afford to giveaway a YSL glossy stain, but there are other fantabulous items up for grabs!

These are the products I'm giving away to one lucky winner!
  1. Makeup Academy (MUA) Undressed Eyeshadow Palette. I've heard so many great things about this palette and how it's a good dupe for Urban Decay Naked Palette. Since I'm a bit of a eyeshadow n00b, I didn't particularly want to spend AUD$50 or so on an eyeshadow palette that I will rarely used. So when MUA had a sale on, I purchased two palettes, one for me and one for a giveaway! I haven't had the opportunity to test this out yet, as I'm saving it for my graduation day on Tuesday!
  2. Revlon Lip Butter (045 Cotton Candy). Another Revlon lip butter up for grabs! I love these lip butters and I love this colour as well!
  3. MOR Lip Macaroons in Lychee Flower and Passionflower. I actually purchased these lip macaroons in a lot of 3. I have used one, and decided to give the other two away because I have accumulated so many lip products that I will not have the chance to use them all!
  4. Maybelline Baby Lips Pink Glow (Pink Blast). I love Maybelline's baby lips! I have been wanting to get some baby lips that are tinted from the states (on eBay) and then these pink glow ones came out! I just bought two of these yesterday (one for a giveaway and one for my personal use). I used it last night during work and I love it! I am loving the tint that develops on the lips so much so that I'm seriously contemplating getting the other shade!
To enter, follow the prompts in the rafflecopter widget form down below. I do moderate entries, so don't fill in the form incorrectly or you may be disqualified!

As mentioned earlier, this giveaway is open internationally! Please make sure that you get parental consent if you're under the age of 18, as I will need your postal address if you win.

This giveaway ends on the 18th of September 14th of October (whatever time rafflecopter says, as I can't change the time to AEST) - Explanation here. The winner will be chosen randomly. If the winner does not get in contact with me within 24 hours after the giveaway winner has been announced, I will choose another winner.

P.S. I am going away for about a month in late September, but I'm unsure of the dates. I'm hoping that this giveaway ends before I go away, so the prizes can be mailed out to the winner. If I do end up going away before the giveaway ends, I will obviously not be able to send the prizes out (and perhaps pick the winner, as I may not have access to the internet). If you cannot wait for me to come back, please refrain from entering this giveaway.

Disclaimer: I hold no responsibility for any allergic reactions that may be caused by the use of these products, so please refrain from suing me. Neither do I hold any responsibility if any of these products break in transit. All products were purchased by me and I am not affiliated with any of the companies whose products I'm giving away.

Bellabox - August 2012

Yay! It's that time of the month again when beauty subscription boxes are delivered!

Unfortunately, my dslr is still at the bf's and I had to use my iPhone. Therefore, some of the pictures taken are a bit blurry... especially the image below (with all the products). To compensate, I've taken pictures of individual products.

Bellabox has sent their box out before Lust Have It again this month. Despite having less time to compile everything (I'm assuming this, as they have sent it out earlier), I'm so impressed with the products they have included in this month's box. The theme this month is Go Green.

This is what I received in my Bellabox this month:

It's so exciting to see so many products jammed into one little box!

1. Luk Beautifood Lip Nourish in Tangerine & Vanilla (RRP: $24.95 for 3g)
I have read and watched quite a few reviews on this month's Bellabox and it seems like everyone received the same shade of brown. I am not one who likes brown lip products, so I can relate to the whinges about how many brown lip products Bellabox like sending out. Although this is lippy is brown, I think it might look quite good on me, as when applied lightly it's quite sheer. Will definitely have to try this out later this arvo (sleepy time as soon as I finish this review - just got back from work!)

2. Lush RO's Argan Body Conditioner 45g (RRP: $29.95 for 225g)
I'm a bit of a newbie when it comes to Lush products. This is the second Lush item I own (the first being the 'dirty' soap I received in my Lust Have It May bag). However, the scent didn't really appeal to me, as it was too minty for my liking, so it is now sitting in the bf's wardrobe making his jumpers smell minty! I do like the smell of this skin conditioner though, and I'm looking forward to trying this out. Although it is a conditioner (i.e. wash off product), I read on facebook that it can be used as a lotion, which is what I'm going to use it for. I don't spend a lot of time in the shower and therefore can't wait around for both my hair conditioner and body conditioner to do their thing.

3. Aveeno Daily Moisturising Lotion 29ml (RRP: $12.99 for 354ml)
I'm also a bit of a newbie when it comes to Aveeno products. I've heard of Aveeno but haven't gotten around to trying their products out, so this is a welcomed surprise! I have just applied some to my arm, and it feels quite moisturizing. Smell wise, not so great. There is no added fragrance, and the scent doesn't appeal to me. It reminds me of sterilised stuff... :-S On the plus side, the smell doesn't linger.

4. Phytocare Daily C - 2 sachets (RRP: $17.80 for 30 sachets x 3.7g
An interesting item to be receiving in a beauty subscription box. It's a vitamin C powder containing essential nutrients that can be mixed with water or juice to be taken as a daily supplement. Might give this a go when I wake up later today!

5. EmerginC Phytocell Detox Mask 3ml (RRP: $70 for 50ml)
emerginC is also a product new to me. I'm always open to trying out new things (hence the beauty box subscriptions), and am looking forward to trying this mask out!

6. Be in Awe SkinCare - Nirvaata Calming Serum 2 x 5ml (RRP: $69 for 50ml) and Amala Clearing Serum (RRP: $79 for 50ml)
Yay! Finally a brand that I'm familiar with! I have tried their cleanser (see review here), as well as the Be in Awe night balm that I received in a Bellabox that I won through Hanger Nation (see what else I received here). I wasn't impressed with either products especially given the price tag attached, so I've got mixed feelings about these serums. I will give them a fair go though!

7. Wotnot Facial Wipes - 25 wipes (RRP: $7.95 for pack of 25)
I love facial wipes and use them daily to remove makeup! I'm looking forward to using these wipes. The packet feels quite cold, so I'm assuming the wipes will be moist (I've got a weird way of telling whether wipes will be moist from years of experience... ok I don't really... I'm just guessing). I love that this is 100% biodegradable as well.

8. USPA Wheatgrass Solar Energy Leave-in Serum 30ml (RRP: $32 for 150ml)
First thing I thought when I saw this in my box was "Oooo... funky packaging!" This is a hair serum that is meant to preserve and protect colour treated hair, which is exactly what I need (well, not so much need... I do have quite a lot of hair serums. But this is very much appreciated). Needless to say, I'm excited about this product too!

Overall, Bellabox has impressed me yet again! So many exciting products to try out. However, I wish there were more cosmetics items... I'm craaazzy for cosmetics. As always, can't wait to see what Bellabox has got installed for September's box!

Beautiful Blogger Award

I was awarded the "Beautiful Blogger Award" by Jasmine from Sweetaholic Beauty. Thanks Jasmine :)

The obligatory questions that come with this award, along with my answers are:

1. Tell us how the idea of making a blog popped up and what makes you continue it.
I actually had a blog/site when I was about 15 years old, but when my domain expired and my sponsor stop sponsoring me, I didn't continue it on due to financial and time issues. This blog came up when I decided to record some of the purchases I've made, and my reviews on products that can then serve as a database for me to reflect back on, and also to keep track on products that I might want to try or never touch again. Another perk of this whole blogging business is the ability to connect with other bloggers, who have similar spending habits as me (my friends are big makeup junkies like I am :( ).

2. Describe a usual day in your life.
Currently, it's pretty boring. I sleep in the morning from about 8am to 4pm, wake up eat breakfast (well, dinner), get ready for work. Work starts at either 9pm or 10pm, and goes through the night till 7am. I then come home and repeat the whole process 4 more times. Weekend involves catching up with TAFE work, spending quality time with the BF, blogging, trying hard not to ruin my sleeping pattern, and not shop :P

3. Describe what having a blog means to you.
Having a blog means quite a lot to me. I love sharing my opinions on products I've tried, and I love connecting with other people.

4. Nominate other bloggers
Tara from still blushful
Caitlin from xoxo lusted
Jasmine from My Cup of Tequila

Complements: Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser and Clarisonic?

I have blogged about how much my Clarisonic Mia means to me, and that my beloved HG Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser has run out (read Clarisonic review here). 'twas truly devastating when I kept pumping the Dermalogica bottle and nothing came out! The only backup cleanser was the Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser that I received in my July BellaBox, which I was extremely skeptical about. Foaming cleanser and Clarisonic?? Say whaaattt? I had so many doubts about them going hand in hand that I rushed out to Coles and bought a gel-type (non-foaming) Olay cleanser for acne-prone skin.

I did try the Neutrogena cleanser before I used the Olay cleanser and completely wrote the Neutrogena one off.... and I'm glad I gave it a chance. The Neutrogena cleanser works amazingly with the Clarisonic Mia, so much so that I returned the Olay cleanser! Having said that, I'm not as impressed with its performance as I am with Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser. Here are the pros and cons explaining my reasoning...

I've used so much cleanser already! Excuse the shoddy photo, left my DSLR at the bf's and had to use my iPhone!

  • My skin does feel clean after using this cleanser... which is obviously one of the criteria on my cleanser-must-have list.
  • From a tight-arse perspective, this is a bargain compared to Dermalogica! At AUD$13.99 for 175g compared to Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser's insane RRP of AUD$53.00 for 250ml (not that I would ever pay that much thanks to eBay).
  • Contains menthol... I LOVE MENTHOL (in my cleansers). I love the refreshing cool feeling after cleansing my face... This is also one of the criteria in my cleanser-must-have list.
  • It's foamy! Who doesn't like foam (besides vets, when they get a dog with foaming at the mouth...Rabieeesss)?!
  • Works well with Clarisonic Mia... Have been using it for about 2-3 weeks now, my skin feels clean and I have not broken out!
  • Packaging is great, as I love to see how much product I have left. I also am proud to say that I have not dropped it once...yet!

  • I have found that the foaming cleanser accumulates behind the brush head of my clarisonic mia - the space between the brush head and the unit itself.... i.e. so when you take the brush head off, there will be a pool of cleanser that needs to be drained every so often.
  • I use quite a lot of product (three pumps on the brush, one pump per cheek and one on my forehead)... I think it's just to assure myself that I have enough on to do a good job...
  • Unlike the Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser, the brush head looks white (no traces of makeup) after use (before rinsing off). I don't know if that's because my makeup wipes have removed everything (which could be due to less make up being used, as I've been using a new foundation by Sheer Design - see review here) or because it's not doing a very good job in removing makeup. But my skin feels clean and I haven't broken out...yet... as explained above.

Concluding remarks:
I'm quite pleased with this cleanser, and I do think it works well with my Clarisonic Mia. However, due to the cons listed above, Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser is still my HG and will forever hold a place in my heart despite how ridiculously expensive it is. I will probably repurchase but I am curious to see if other foaming cleansers works with the Clarisonic, so I am going to experiment around a bit until I can afford to purchase a whole heap of Dermalogica products (bulk buying = cheaper postage per item... I'm a major tight-arse :P)

What is your favourite cleanser? Have you used a foaming cleanser with a Clarisonic?

Review: Sheer Design Mineral Foundation

I'm going to start off by letting you know about my skin. I have combination skin - oily T-zone and dry cheeks. I used to have oily skin a few years ago but I find that my skin has become drier as I age. I have old acne scars that are about 4 years old on my cheeks that really annoys me - bloody things won't go away!! I also have fairly new scars between my brows (leaning closer to the right brow), as well as under my lips.

These are the qualities of what I would consider a HG/perfect foundation:
  • Medium to full coverage to cover my scars well (I tend to get lazy and not apply concealer... either that or I'm running late and have no time). If not, easy to build up to a full coverage.
  • Should not break me out (not that I normally do break out due to a new product... my skin is relatively insensitive).
  • Lasts all day. I hate looking in the mirror at the end of the day and wondering "What the hell happened to my foundation?"...
  • Helps with oil control - Shiny noses irks me! I love a matte finish.
  • Matches my skin tone perfectly.
Now that I got the introduction of my skin type out of the way, onto review! I don't normally use mineral foundations, as it tends to get too messy for my liking.... and I hate using brushes for foundations (I like using my fingers to apply foundation because I'm too lazy to wash foundation brushes it's easier and quicker for me). So for the last few years, all I have been using is liquid foundation.... until I received this mineral foundation by Sheer Design.

It came in a simple, yet sleek black box.

Ingredients and other information written on the back of the box.

The jar inside the box is cube shaped (well, more square prism if there's such a thing since the height is smaller than the width and length). The packaging is plastic, which I love because I do have my clumsy days.

This is what it looks like when the cap is removed - love the sift thingy as well, as it controls the amount of foundation that comes out. Plus, you can close the sifter to prevent foundation from coming out when travelling!
Sift thingy

Photo of me with foundation on - no photoshop.

Price: AUD $48.00 for 4.6g

Shade: Medium 2 - For reference, my foundation shades are  Christian DiorSkin Nude 031 Sand; Make Up For Ever (Mat Velvet) 40; Guerlain Parure Pearly White in Ambre Natural 3; Lancome tent idole ultra 03 Beige Diaphane.
RT Multi-task brush. Image taken from: facekitt.com

RT buffing brush. Image taken from: etcllymlrs.com
  • This lasts ALL day on my face. I wore this before my 12 hour shifts last week and it stayed till I removed it with my makeup remover wipe! AMAZEBALLS!!!
  • Medium 2 shade matches my skin tone perfectly.
  • Amazing coverage and it's buildable without looking cakey! However, I did find that this only works when you use the right brush. I tried it using Real Techniques buffing brush by dabbing the product into the skin, and it worked amazingly. I also used Real Techniques multi-task brush and it didn't go on as well as when I used the buffing brush.
  • Gives a matte finish and stays relatively matte throughout the day.
  • Packaging - the material is made of (plastic) and the sift thingy makes it perfect for a clumsy person such as myself so travel friendly.

  • You might be able to see from the swatch photo on the back of my hand that it settles into fine lines without the use of a primer.
  • Price may be an issue - $48 is quite expensive for a mineral foundation... but then again I am still biased to liquid foundations and have shelled out $40+ for one. (Before you get all judgmental, I have not bought any foundations in months!)
  • The sift thingy can be quite annoying - sometimes I didn't shake enough to get the appropriate amount of product out, so I had to screw the cap on and shake - especially annoying when I'm strapped for time. However, I can't think of a solution...

Concluding remarks:
Overall, I highly rate this foundation despite being a mineral powder one and I now have an extra brush to wash. It successfully checks my criteria for a perfect foundation. I love the packaging and the way it looks on my face. Yes, I would repurchase!

What is your favourite foundation? Are you biased to liquid foundations too or are you all for mineral powder foundations?

I was sent this Sheer Design Mineral Powder Foundation by Mineral Makeup Market for my consideration. All thoughts and comments are my own.

July empties

I thought I'd blog about the products I've finished in July, since work has made me go home early as I've apparently worked too much this week, and I'm not tired enough to sleep yet.

Unfortunately, I have forgotten to take photos of some of the products I've finished using before throwing them away, so I'm going to have to steal borrow some from google.

1. ghd opulence mask for colour-treated hair
This mask is meant to protect and repair colour treated hair. I used it once a week after shampooing, and it lasted about 6 treatments. I can't remember how much I paid for it, but it wasn't too expensive. I thought this mask was below-average. On a scale of 1 to 10, 1 being crap and 10 being HOLY COW BATMAN! THIS IS AMAZEBALLS!!!, I would rate this a 4. It did not do all that much to my hair. After rinsing off, my hair felt smooth (like it normally does after conditioning) but once dry, it didn't feel all that different. My hair was still in the same condition as it was prior to using this mask. The scent was pleasant enough to continue using it till it was all gone - but I found myself using more than necessary just so I can finish this product and get it off my shower shelf. I would definitely not repurchase. If you have found a HG hair mask, please leave me a comment down below!

2. Mirenesse 4D Secret Lash Evolution Mascara
Image taken from: eBay
Up until June did I realize that I've had a few mascaras for ages! Am I the only one who only throws things out when they are truly empty? I have never truly finish using a mascara, and rarely throw them out. I also don't notice my mascaras going clumpy. However, I thought enough is enough. I WILL use two mascaras everyday for a month and then throw them out at the end. This is the 'waterproof' mascara that I picked, as I think it's been in my drawer the longest. This was part of the 3-step system that I purchased from Mirenesse when it went on special. It's quite expensive, and I don't normally go crazy for Mirenesse but I thought I'd try this out anyway. I read somewhere that this mascara is meant to be sweat proof and lasts for 24hr, but yet is easily removable with water. My mascaras don't normally smudge around my eyes, as I don't have long enough lashes. Furthermore, I don't leave my makeup on for 24 hours, so I can't really say if it lasts for that long. It does a good job in lengthening my lashes though, as it has fibres in the formula. However, I don't think I would repurchase this as it's far too expensive (I think it's about $50 by itself).

3. Maybelline Colossal Volum' Express Mascara (Washable - Black)
Image taken from: maybelline.com.au
I love this mascara! It volumizes and doesn't clump! I've also had this mascara in my drawer for ages, but during the last week of using this mascara, I've noticed that it has become quite thick and clumpy. Nothing a lash comb can't fix though! Being a drugstore mascara, this is quite cheap when on special (or if purchased overseas... damn companies ripping us Aussies off!). Would definitely repurchase it, although I'm pretty sure I have a backup!

4. Maybelline Brow Styling Gel (Brunette)
I bought this brow styling gel a long time ago from eBay. This is my HG brow gel. My brows are quite thick, and I don't really need to do much with them (besides maintenance). This gel was perfect for me, it gel-ed my hair into place without leaving that stiff gel-like texture, and at the same time filled in any sparse areas. It is also buildable but I normally just swipe it across my brows once. Unfortunately, this brow gel is discontinued and I can't seem to find it anywhere! ='( So if you have a HG brow gel (or liner), please let me know!!

5. Dermalogica Dermal Clay Cleanser
Image taken from: digitalskincare.com.au
Technically I haven't finished using this yet. I purchased the ginormous professional size one (946ml) from eBay in June 2011 and have split it - left some at my parent's and some at the Bf's. I finished using up the stash at my parents about 3rd week into July and had to look for a new cleanser (am currently using the Neutrogena Deep Clean Foaming Cleanser that I received in my BellaBox last month). I absolutely LOVE this cleanser. I love how it removes all traces of makeup left in conjunction with my Clarisonic (after using a makeup remove wipe). I love the menthol in it... it makes my skin feel so fresh. I also think the price I paid for was also reasonable given the amount of product. I would definitely repurchase again when I finish up the stash at the Bf's and when I need more Dermalogica products (cost of shipping is lower when multiple products are purchased).

That's all my empties for July. What are yours? Any brow gel or hair mask recommendations?
