Anywho, here are the products I've emptied in February.
1. FemFresh Daily Intimate Wash
Because it's important to use special soap for your lady parts.
2. Nioxin Intensive Treatment Deep Repair Masque
Didn't really think much of this. However, it worked well as a daily-ish conditioner.
3. Bath & Body Works - Merry Marshmallow Shower Gel
Absolutely LOVED this shower gel. Smells so amazing, I wish I bought backups when I was in the states.
As mentioned in my previous empties post (read here), I purchased The Body Shop seaweed travel set in the states, and I was impressed by how well the seaweed range worked on my skin. I wish I purchased the full sized bottles of the range in the states, as it is about half the price including tax! RIDICULOUS!
5&6. Kevin Murphy Angel Wash shampoo & conditioner
Brought these with me to Tasmania when I got married, wasn't impressed with the Angel Wash range. Both shampoo and conditioner did nothing for my hair. I even had tangles after using the conditioner.
7. Kiko Make Up Milano False Lash Concentrate building base mascara
This Kiko eyelash primer was amazing until it got clumpy. To Kiko's defence, I purchased this in 2012 (except I think I first used this sometime early last year), therefore it did last quite a while (and I don't think you're meant to keep a primer for that long).
8. Lancome Liner Plume 01 Noir
I don't think this liner is as good as the Lancome Artliner, as it does not last as long on the lash line. However, it's really easy to apply and the pigmentation is great. But I won't repurchase, because the Lancome Artliner is far more superior.
9. Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2-in-1 Lash Boosting Eyeliner + Serum in Ultra Black
This eyeliner is a great cheaper alternative to the Lancome Artliner (which is one of my fav eyeliners ever). It is easy to apply, pigmentation is great, lasts a relatively long time on the lash line, and it's affordable. What more could you want from an eyeliner? The only con is that I didn't see any improvement in my lashes from using this eyeliner. So I think the "Lash Boosting" claim is bogus.
I finished another sample packet of Simple Cleansing Facial Wipes. They are great and affordable makeup removing wipes. Would "repurchase" when I run out of facial wipes.
I bought this a while ago, and decided to use this next after finishing the Simple wipes above. They are quite tiny in comparison to ordinary makeup wipes. They're about the size of a square cotton pad, so I have to use two to wipe off all my makeup at a time. Whilst they're very moist, they do not go well with removing mascara as my eyes stung to high heavens after using these wipes.
I mentioned this product in a review I did of Dirty Works Coconut Scrub (read here). This is hands down my HG body scrub, although please bear in mind that I've only ever tried two body scrubs in my life. But I don't think I need to search for a new body scrub because this one is AMAZING. It's gritty, which may not suit those with sensitive skin - although I have sensitive skin and have no problems with this. It also smells amazing and leaves your skin feeling so soft and smooth. I have already repurchased this.
That's it for my empties post. I wanted to say goodbye to a few mascaras but I couldn't. Maybe I will have the willpower next month.
What did you finish last month? Anything worth repurchasing?
