This blog post is long overdue, considering the Bloggers United AU Sydney event was just over 3 weeks ago! I had heaps of fun meeting other event attendees and brand reps. In fact, I had so much fun networking, I forgot to take pictures of the event itself. #bloggerfail
We were given bags full of goodies that I thought I'd share in this blog post (warning: this post is picture heavy, and I'll be letting the pictures do the talking). My arms and shoulders definitely had a good workout walking to and from the event and train station. Had pretty sore muscles for the next few days!
Anyway, to stop this blog post from getting any longer, let's jump straight to it!
Jura is a coffee company that was present at the event. We got given a bag of coffee beans and some Lindt chocolate (not pictured). In the main goodie bag that we received were three bags of coffee, as well as, a container of protein pud with chia.
As I don't drink coffee, I've given away the coffee products. Have yet to try the protein pud though.
Oblepikha Siberica was also at the event, and each of us received a massive tub of body scrub and body butter.
elucent was another brand that was present, and I have to say that they're probably the most generous with six full sized products for each attendee from the whitening range. I'm currently using the eye cream and night moisturizing and loving them both!
We received a couple of items from Rosehip Plus - organic cold pressed rosehip oil and their new daily cream cleanser. Interestingly, the cream cleanser can be TISSUED or rinsed off.
From Weleda, we were given the almond sensitive skin hand cream (which unsurprisingly smells like almonds, and sinks into the skin super quickly), and skin food for dry and rough skin (one of their bestsellers).
There was a bag of goodies from Sea Siren Cosmetics in the main goodie bag, along with a Faby nail lacquer, Furless nail lacquer, and Laque lift UV/LED gel polish remover wipes.
elements Bioactiv was present at the event. There were three products in the goodie bag that were given out - eye lift hydrogel, aromatherapy revitalising tonic, and night recovery cream.
enbacci was another brand present. There were two sets of deluxe sized skincare products that each of us received. I've taken some of these with me on my holiday!
I'm just realizing how all over the place this post is... oh well! All these products (as well as the ones in the picture below) were in the main goodie bag.
Kryolan and Williamspro were both at the event. Each person received a different Kryolan product. I was given a cream eyeliner in ebony. It's not as pigmented as I was hoping it'd be, but it's creamy and can be built up. It takes 2-3 layers to build up to a dark black shade that I'm happy with.
Absolutely LOVE the Williasmspro Zero Powder (it's been featured in my October favourites - read here). There was a lucky dip - you would either get the zero powder or a bronzer. I'm glad I picked the zero powder, as I'd definitely get more use out of it than a bronzer.
Also received an eye of horus copper liner, Rimmel moisture renew lip liner, Philosophy purity cleanser, Rimmel mascara and Blinc mascara in the main goodie bag.
The cranberry pomegranate loofah soap from essence of jasmine, which was in the main goodie bag, smells absolutely delightful. However, as I don't use bar soaps, I've thrown this is one of my drawers so my clothes will smell amazing. Valencia coconut lime sorbet candle was also in the goodie bag.
I'm seriously impressed that Maybelline handwrote a note (I'm assuming everyone got one). Talk about dedication! In the little gold pouch was a nail polish, lipstick and eyeshadow duo.
NYX was also present, and we were all given their latest release - color mascaras, as well as a lucky dip product (I picked up the butter gloss). As I do not use color mascaras, I'll be giving them away, along with a few other products that I've got duplicates of (e.g. the Rimmel lippies in the picture below).
Also received the Innoxa cover and correct cream concealer face palette.
