Singapore Haul

I'm back from my holiday to Singapore, and I could not leave the country empty handed. I'm actually quite pleased with how much self-constraint I've managed to practice when it came to beauty purchases - it also helped that the Aussie dollar isn't doing too well, and quite a number of things ended up being more expensive in Singapore than Australia.

I purchased a few Marc Jacobs items that were cheaper in Singapore from Sephora. I can't remember any of the prices except for the O!Mega Bronze, which was SGD$60 (compared to AUD$72). I also purchased the remarcable concealer, concealer pen and received a free deluxe mascara sample.

(please excuse the slightly blurry picture)

The Stila Eyes are the Windows Shadow palette was only a few dollars cheaper in Singapore than Sydney, but thought I'd treat myself and pick it up. Also received a 5% discount for being a tourist at Sephora (plus the GST refund).

I also picked up the MAC 196 foundation brush (which I believe was SGD$62 and not available in Aus), and Sephora daily makeup brush cleaner.

The eyelash curler was from Muji and only SGD$6.90! It's perfect for my eye shape and curls my lashes amazingly!

This lot of goodies from Sephora was purchased by my sister on my behalf when they had various sales.

She got me the Too Faced Born This Way foundation in Nude (I think this shade is too light for me - if you'd like to buy this of me, please send me an email), Too Faced Love Flush blush in Justify My Love, Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette and my Sephora birthday gift.

Can you tell I love the Biore Cleansing Oil Cotton Facial Sheets? I purchased these from Watsons, one of Singapore's main drugstores. I would have just bought the refills but they were more expensive than buying the box with the refills. I also decided to purchase the clear, blemish-free acne care cleanser, as one can never have enough cleansers.

The last lot of beauty items were purchased from duty free.

The husband bought me a set of two pandora charms on the airplane, since he gets a small discount.

I purchased a couple of items from the Diorific Christmas collection - a nail polish in Secret and lipstick in Radieuse.

After trying a sample of the Chanel Perfection Lumiere, I HAD to have it! I also purchased a back up of YSL's Volupte Tint-in-Oil in 4 I Rose You (it's perfect for layering). Lastly, I couldn't leave Singapore without a new Chanel nail polish, I ended up choosing the shade Ballerina.

I think I could have done a lot more damage if I had more time to spare at duty free, but I'm quite happy with my purchases.
